Yanmar Marine engine
3QM30F
The Yanmar 3QM30F is the freshwater-cooled pleasure-boat version of the 3QM30: a 1.642-litre three-cylinder marine diesel rated 33 hp at 2800 rpm, with a KH18 helical reverse gear.
The QM series (2QM15, 2QM20, 3QM30) are Yanmar's low-revving small marine diesels from before the GM series, with an 88 x 90 mm cylinder on the 2QM20 and 3QM30, swirl pre-combustion chamber, and electric and/or manual starting. The 3QM30F adds freshwater cooling and uses the KH18 helical-gear reverse gear with multi-disc clutch (2.13 or 3.00:1); output is unchanged from the 3QM30.
