Princess Y80

In production 2023–present

The Princess Y80 is a 25.5-metre flybridge motor yacht with an open flybridge. It replaced the Y78 and made its debut at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival. It shares its hull and lower-deck layout with the X80, which has an enclosed upper deck instead.

The Y80 replaced the Y78 and made its public debut at the 2023 Cannes Yachting Festival. It is built on the same hull and technical platform as the X80, but has a conventional open flybridge where the X80 has an enclosed upper deck.

The main deck has an open-plan saloon with an aft lounge, a forward galley, a day head and a lower helm. Below are four en-suite cabins: a full-beam owner's cabin amidships, a VIP in the bow, a double and a twin, sleeping eight. The twin can take an optional Pullman berth. Crew quarters for three are in the transom, with two cabins and a mess. The foredeck seating and sunpad take about ten people.

The yacht has twin MAN V12 diesels on shafts. The UK dealer lists V12-1800s as standard and V12-1900s as an option. Yachting's US test boat had 1,900 hp engines and reached 35.2 knots, with a 26-knot cruise at 1,840 rpm. MBY quotes a 30-32 knot top speed and a range of about 350 nm at fast cruise.
