The Princess 32 was a 9.8 m planing motor cruiser built by Marine Projects in Plymouth from 1969 to 1980, and the first boat sold under the Princess name. It has an aft cockpit, a sheltered wheelhouse helm and an open-plan cabin, and was used on rivers as well as at sea. Many are still in use.

The Princess 32 was launched in 1969 by Marine Projects (Plymouth) Ltd, which had previously sold its boats under the Project and Pilgrim names; it was the first model to carry the Princess name. Princess Motor Yacht Sales' heritage list gives a production run of 1969 to 1980. Motor Boat & Yachting credits the planing hull to John Bennett and calls the model a game-changer for the yard, noting how many are still in use.

The boat has a long, flat-floored cockpit with a well-protected helm and a light interior with many eye-level windows, which made it feel roomier than its rivals. It is 9.84 m long including the pulpit, 3.0 m in beam, draws about 0.84 m and displaces about 4.1 tonnes.

Single or twin engines, petrol or diesel, were offered. The usual twin installations listed by Princess Motor Yacht Sales are Chrysler Nissan 100 hp units, Perkins 4.107 diesels, and Volvo 145/280 petrol engines (145 hp each) on sterndrives.

The Princess 32 should not be confused with the Princess 32 Riviera (1992-1994), a different 9.9 m sports cruiser, or the 32M superyacht.
