SD150
Yanmar's largest saildrive, a hydraulic-clutch, electric-shift unit with a 2.51:1 ratio sold with the 4LV150 for sailing yachts and catamarans above 60 ft.
The SD150 is the high-power sibling of the SD110: hydraulically actuated multi-disc clutches, electric shift, an integrated output shaft brake, a 2.51:1 reduction and standard (SD150-S) or long (SD150-L) legs, recommended with Flexofold folding propellers. Yanmar pairs it with the common-rail 4LV150 and markets it for sailing monohulls and catamarans above 60 ft.
The SD Series operation manual (December 2025) covers it together with the SD110, giving a dry weight of 105 kg (109 kg extended) and a propeller speed of 1395 rpm at an engine speed of 3500 rpm. The website quotes 90 kg. It is a current product.
