KMH50V

Kanzaki-built 12-degree hydraulic V-drive with 1.22, 1.58, 2.08 or 2.47:1 ratios, Yanmar's V-drive for the 4LHA, 6LPA, BY3, 4LV and 8LV engines.

The KMH50V is a hydraulically shifted V-drive gear with a 12-degree output angle and forced lubrication. Yanmar's operation manual gives ratios of 1.22, 1.58, 2.08 and 2.47:1, a maximum input speed of 4,225 rpm, 5.4 L of oil and a dry weight of 59 kg without heat exchanger, damper or feet with the Borg-Warner bell housing; the KMH50V, KMH50V-3 and KMH50V-1 are rated at 582 Nm and the KMH50V-2 at 241.4 Nm, and the SAE #4-flanged KMH50V-1 and KMH50V-2 weigh 72 kg and 69 kg.

Yanmar lists it for the 4LHA series, the 6LPA-STP2, the 6BY3-160/220/260 and 4BY3-150/180, the 4LV150 to 4LV250 and the 8LV320 to 8LV370. It is a current product.
