SD110
Yanmar's large saildrive for sailing monohulls and catamarans up to about 60 ft, with hydraulic multi-disc clutches, electric shift and a 2.51:1 ratio, paired with the 4JH80 and 4JH110; sold as the SD15 until about 2025.
The SD110 is a hydraulically shifted saildrive with multi-disc clutches, electric shift control that connects to Yanmar's electronic common-rail engines, an integrated output shaft brake and a 2.51:1 reduction ahead and astern. It is offered in standard (SD110-S, 491 mm) and long (SD110-L) leg lengths and is recommended with Flexofold folding propellers. Yanmar lists it for the 4JH80 and 4JH110.
Yanmar's December 2021 datasheet describes the same drive as the 'SD15 Saildrive by ZF' (SD15-S/SD15-L, 491/573 mm legs, 90 kg, 4JH80 and 4JH110); by 2025 Yanmar's datasheet and website use the name SD110. The website quotes 90 kg dry, while the December 2025 operation manual gives 105 kg for the standard unit and 109 kg for the extended leg.
