Nimbus 3003

In production Unknown Designed by Rolf Eliasson

The Nimbus 3003 is a GRP shaft-drive aft-cabin sedan cruiser of about 9.2 m to a Rolf Eliasson design, sharing its hull with the Nimbus 3000, 31, 3100 and 310. It has a 3.2 m beam, a 1.05 m draft, a 3600 kg dry weight, a 280-litre fuel tank and two cabins sleeping five with a heads. Power was a single Volvo Penta TAMD41 shaft-drive diesel.

The 3003 is part of Nimbus's 3000-series hull family, the developed aft-cabin sedan on a single Volvo Penta TAMD41 diesel around 200 hp on a straight shaft; the shaft installation makes the 1.05 m draft a fixed full-draft figure.

Precise production years for the 3003 specifically are not reliably documented - examples date from the late 1980s into the early 1990s - so no year range is asserted. As a pre-1998 boat it carries no factory CE category, and max_hp is omitted for want of a manufacturer rating.
