Fairline Targa 31
The Targa 31 is a British sports cruiser, an early Targa model that Fairline developed from 1991 and built through 1996, part of the first wave of the range launched in 1985.
The Targa 31 belongs to the first wave of Fairline's Targa range, sharing the family's variable deep-V hull and open cockpit layout that defined the line from its 1985 launch. Early boats were fitted with twin Volvo Penta KAD42 diesels rated at 230hp each on sterndrive legs; later production switched to the uprated KAD44. It was built for six years before Fairline moved the range upward in size, and today surviving examples are scarce compared with the later Targa 34, which took over as the range's smallest model.
