Nord West 410 Flybridge

The 410 descends from the Nord West 1100. Benny Martinsson acquired that model with the Nord West brand from Norway in 1989 and developed it further at his yard on Orust. After a fire destroyed the yard in 1996, production restarted at Vindön in January 1997 with revised models and new names, and the 1100 became the Nord West 410, offered in Coupé and Flybridge versions. Martinsson's site gives 2001 as the last production year, but the yard's website still listed the boat as the 'Classic Nord West 410' as late as 2010.

The layout depended on the drive: the yard's drawings show layout A for sterndrives and layouts B and C for shafts, and the arrangement of the forward owner's cabin could also be chosen. The yard quoted two to three cabins and four to six berths. A sterndrive flybridge boat from 1997, advertised by Benny & Jessica, has three double cabins, one toilet with shower, and the galley to starboard in the saloon. The interior is mahogany with a teak sole.

All versions had twin diesels. For sterndrives, the yard listed the Volvo Penta KAMD 43P (230hp), KAD 44P (260hp) and KAD 300 (285hp). For shafts, it listed the Volvo Penta TAMD 63P (370hp), the TAMD 74P (480hp) and the Yanmar 6LY2-STE (420hp). Displacement was given as 10.5 to 12.5 tonnes depending on the installation.
