Delta 88 Carbon

In production Unknown Designed by Lars Modin

The Delta 88 Carbon is the yard's flagship, a 25.72 m full-carbon sport motor yacht. It has a 6.22 m beam, a 1.72 m draft, a 43,000 kg dry displacement and four staterooms sleeping eight guests plus crew. It is CE category B, driven by triple Volvo Penta D13-IPS 1350 pods for a combined 4050 hp and a top speed near 39 knots.

The 88 Carbon is Delta's largest boat and the fullest expression of its carbon philosophy, a 26-metre sport motor yacht with a vacuum-infused carbon-fibre hull and superstructure. It carries four staterooms - a full-beam owner's suite, a VIP and two twin cabins - sleeping eight guests, plus separate crew quarters.

Propulsion is triple Volvo Penta D13-IPS 1350 pods, each about 1350 hp, for the 4050 hp combined figure, giving a 37 to 39 knot top speed. Tankage is 5480 litres of fuel across two tanks and 1450 litres of water. Displacement is quoted as 43,000 kg dry and 45,000 wet; the number of heads is not cleanly published and is omitted.
