The 340 Commander is a shaft-drive semi-displacement cruiser in the traditional Commander idiom, typically a single Volvo Penta D6-310, with its deep 1.6 m draft reflecting the semi-displacement hull.
Maximum power is uncertain - one source lists a twin D6-330 installation - so it is omitted rather than asserted, as is CE category, which was not sourced.
