XO Explorer

XO Boats announced the Explorer for January 2018 and gave it its world debut at Boot Düsseldorf that month. It had disappeared from the yard's model list by mid-2019. The hull is 9.9 m long without engines and 3.0 m wide, with 23° deadrise at the transom. The yard quotes 4,000 kg without engines, 2 × 365 litres of fuel, a 1.10 m draft with engines down and a load limit of 10 people in category C.

The wheelhouse has 360-degree visibility and twin sunroofs. A wetbar in the wheelhouse has an induction stove, fridge and sink. Below deck is a twin-berth cabin with an electric toilet and shower. The boat was sold only in a Premium package. Standard equipment included twin Simrad NSS12 plotters, a Webasto heater, Naviop digital boat control, Zipwake trim, a 3 kW bow thruster, a Fischer Panda generator, a 120-litre fresh-water tank with 30-litre hot water, and XO sport shock-absorbing seats.

The yard recommended twin 250–350 hp outboards and gave maximum approved power as 2 × 350 hp, for a top speed of 40+ knots. Powerboat & RIB tested it with twin Mercury Verado 350s in 2018 and noted 300 or 350 hp Verados, a weight of about 4.6 tonnes and a range of roughly 230 miles at 30 knots with a 20 % reserve. It quoted a UK price of £295,000.
