The Targa 23.1 is a Finnish all-weather walkaround cabin motorboat, the smallest model in Botnia Marin's Targa range, introduced in 2007 as an update of the Targa 23.

The Targa 23.1 is the smallest model in Botnia Marin's Targa range of all-weather boats, introduced in March 2007 as an updated version of the Targa 23 (1992–2007). Like its larger siblings it pairs walkaround side decks and high gunwales with an enclosed wheelhouse, and it sleeps two in the aft cabin.

Power is a single Volvo Penta D4 diesel inboard or one or two outboards of 150–300 hp, for top speeds of 34–39 knots depending on engine; fuel consumption at a 20–30-knot cruise is around 1.1 l per nautical mile. Standard equipment includes self-draining decks, a swimming platform and automatic fire suppression in the engine room.
